What do reports look like for teacher and staff surveys?
Teacher and Staff survey reports typically have the following components:
- District and School Reports: Aggregated district and school reports allow you to look for trends and patterns throughout the district or within your school. School reports typically include comparisons to the district results so schools can see where their strengths and areas of growth lie in relationship to district averages.
- Administrator Reports: If teachers and staff complete surveys about specific administrators, each administrator will receive a report with his or her specific feedback and results. Administrator reports are typically set up with comparisons to the district overall so administrators can see where their strengths and areas of growth lie relative to other administrators in the district.
